An exceptional example of a George lll mahogany cellarette of sarcophagus shape, with a hinged lid covering a lead lined interior to accommodate eight bottles. With cock beading to the front and single brass loop handle, the whole on retracted castors.
There is slight fading to the top and minor dark mark, and some wear to the lead lining which in no way detracts from the overwhelmingly quality of this beautiful piece
